These fish are day time feeders and respond well to small spoons (medium and narrowspoons, poppers, walkers and frog lures 1/0 - 3/0), you might need to use a Titanium leader to stop being bitten off (the leader should be the same or slightly less than your fishing line Test). You are required to travel (if not already there) to Emerald lake, then catch one Redfin, one Grass, one Chain Pickerel and one Northern Pike. But again, I'd expect much larger Northerns when new and larger waterways are introduced.Yes, from your Inventory screen, select the Missions tab, scroll down until you find the Emerald Frankenbait mission, track the mission. The way I see it, the sizes of the Northerns right now fit the lake perfectly if not just a little off (a 10lb Northern would be about the max size for a lake of that size). And keep in mind the other predator species found at Emerald Lake that Northerns would have to compete with (Chain, Grass, and Redfin Pickerel, Walleye). Being a small lake, Northerns would not grow very large due to population density. Thing is, right now at this very moment, Emerald Lake is a small but deep lake (deep enough to harbor small Walleye). The Devs aren't stupid when it comes to this stuff. I'm pretty sure the larger Northerns will come. It feels strange that my favourite large predator is one of the smallest fish in the game at the moment :-s I'm really looking forward to the Musky :-)īut there should be realistic size Northern Pike too. Początkowo opublikowane przez gooseman81:well Musky will make up for northerns when they are finalley released
